Employee Relations Partner – HR

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase as an Employee Relations Partner within the Global Employee Relations Team. You will lead complex, sensitive investigations and collaborate with HR colleagues and business managers to foster a high‑performing work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on complex employee relations matters, delivering effective advice, resolution, and remediation.
• Document investigative paths, write clear and legally defensible summaries, and recommend actions.
• Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative techniques to uncover underlying issues.
• Engage partners such as Global Securities, Legal, Compliance, and HR to resolve serious workplace situations.
• Execute a robust risk and controls agenda and provide ER learning sessions.
• Report on emerging trends and perform related functions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in shared services/BPO, focusing on end‑to‑end employee relations case management.
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific employment and labor laws.
• Expertise in ER practices, arbitration, mediation, legal proceedings, and fair employment practices.
