Employee Relations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead our employee relations initiatives, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and engagement programs. The role partners strategically with business leaders to foster a respectful, compliant, and values‑driven workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations concerns, disciplinary cases, and investigations, ensuring fair due process.
• Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies, maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.
• Facilitate mediation sessions, resolve workplace conflicts, and create proactive strategies to prevent disputes.
• Oversee employee recognition programs and collaborate with leaders to boost engagement and morale.
• Coach managers and supervisors on performance discussions, counseling, and leadership development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Operations.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, or multi‑site operations, preferably supporting 3,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and case management.
• Excellent investigation, conflict‑resolution, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
