Employee Relations Executive – Factory (Cagayan de Oro)

About the role

Lead continuous improvement of employee relations in a Nestlé factory, acting as a strategic partner to enhance dialogue with employees, trade unions and other representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the employee relations strategy using a Nestlé‑in‑the‑Market approach.
• Maintain productive dialogue with employees, trade unions and workers’ representatives.
• Promote understanding of Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Code of Business Conduct and Employee Relations Policy.
• Administer disciplinary cases and ensure due‑process compliance.
• Use CARE tools to guarantee social compliance and adherence to local labour laws.
• Ensure consistent implementation of CARE Audit and ACCORD policy across sites.
• Mitigate risks related to outsourcing or contractual arrangements and act as internal legal consultant on labour issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience focused on employee and labour relations.
• Solid knowledge of factory environments and local labour regulations (DOLE).
• Proven ability to manage union relationships in challenging contexts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and fast comprehension of complex issues.
• Experience facilitating negotiations and achieving mutually acceptable outcomes.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Code of Business Conduct.
• Expertise in Nestlé Employee Relations Policy and disciplinary processes.
• Familiarity with CARE audit methodology and ACCORD policy.
• Competence in conflict and dispute resolution, due‑process, and social insight.
• Understanding of local labour law compliance and risk mitigation.
