Email & SMS Marketing Manager – Remote (E‑Commerce)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, performance‑driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and grow our owned channels for a portfolio of skincare and hair‑care products. In this remote, full‑time position you will turn customer insights into high‑converting campaigns that boost engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise email and SMS campaigns across multiple product lines.
• Segment audiences and personalise messaging to maximise relevance and conversion.
• Build and manage lifecycle flows such as welcome, cart‑abandonment, post‑purchase and win‑back sequences.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, offers and creative assets to improve CTR, open rate, conversion rate and revenue per send.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategy based on data insights.
• Design surveys and collect customer feedback to inform future content and product ideas.
• Collaborate with creative, product and CX teams to ensure consistent, on‑brand communication.
• Maintain compliance with email/SMS regulations (CAN‑SPAM, TCPA) and stay updated on best practices.
• Identify and implement new tools, technologies and tactics to keep the program ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or beauty/wellness.
• Strong writing ability and an eye for visual branding and user experience.
• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and results.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Genuine interest in skincare, wellness and helping people feel their best.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (or similar marketing automation platform)
• Familiarity with product recommendation engines such as Rebuy (optional)
