Elementary School Teacher – Full-time Primary School

About the role

Everest International Academy is looking for a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join its Primary School faculty for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at the Bonifacio Global City campus, where the teacher will deliver face‑to‑face instruction to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the approved curriculum and teaching methodology.
• Motivate students toward continuous personal and academic improvement.
• Assess student work, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of progress.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and formative learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (required).
• Licensed Professional Teacher status.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in primary education.
• Strong moral character, work ethic, and collaborative spirit.

Required skills

• Excellent oral communication with clear diction and grammar.
• Proficient written grammar and professional syntax for correspondence.
