E-commerce Executive (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Executive to drive sales performance across PUMA’s online channels. You will monitor trends, coordinate campaigns, and manage livestream events to boost revenue and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales trends on PUMA’s e‑commerce platforms, identify growth opportunities and benchmark competitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, content, marketing, operations, training) to ensure smooth execution of vouchers, flash sales and short‑video activations.
• Coordinate with external partners, marketplace representatives and enablers for product exposure and livestream technical setup.
• Plan, schedule and manage livestream sessions on Shopee and TikTok, track performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, GPM) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain detailed sales reports, process billing documents, and support monthly/quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics.
• 2‑3 years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably with marketplaces, enablers or fashion brands.
• Basic understanding of e‑commerce operations, data tracking and livestream management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong team player with a focus on quality control and execution efficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets.
