Driver Assistant – Delivery Support

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Driver Assistant to support our delivery drivers in daily operations. You will play a key part in ensuring products are loaded, transported, and delivered safely while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload company products using hand trucks or by hand.
• Assist drivers in locating delivery destinations.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Report any delivery‑related issues to senior staff promptly.
• Communicate with clients to resolve complaints and obtain delivery acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with the office or warehouse logistics team about route changes.
• Help unload the vehicle at the end of each shift.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle remains clean and all safety policies are followed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, flexible‑hour environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
