Doorman – Guest Services

About the role

The Doorman provides a warm, professional first impression for guests arriving at City of Dreams Manila. By greeting visitors with a smile, handling luggage, and managing traffic at the entrance, the Doorman enhances overall guest satisfaction and supports seamless hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests and visitors courteously as they enter and exit the hotel.
• Assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, tagging, and transferring to the Bell Desk.
• Direct traffic at the porte‑cochère, manage valet parking, and coordinate with taxis, limousines, and other vehicles.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions.
• Maintain a safe, orderly driveway environment and uphold Forbes quality standards for all guests, including VIPs.
• Support Bell Attendants when needed and participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 kg and stand for long periods while following safe manual‑handling techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on courteous, professional guest interaction.
• Attention to detail for luggage tagging, guest preferences, and confidentiality of guest information.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
