DIY Cashier – POS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a reliable DIY Cashier to join our Wilcon Depot stores in the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate checkout service while providing friendly assistance to customers shopping for home improvement products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer product queries and assist with purchases.
• Operate the POS system to process cash, credit and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and refer them to the supervisor when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the checkout flow smooth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• Previous cashier or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
