Director of Procurement

About the role

The Director of Procurement will lead delivery oversight and integration across multiple delivery centres, ensuring seamless execution of procurement and supply‑chain initiatives. This senior position reports to the Support Solutions team and works closely with member firms, regional solutions, and hubs to drive transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery integration, resourcing, and KPI management for utilization, revenue growth and margins.
• Lead large‑scale procurement and supply‑chain transformation projects (greenfield, brownfield, bluefield).
• Collaborate with member firms, regional solutions and hubs to ensure consistent delivery across locations.
• Enable delivery capabilities within the procurement and supply‑chain practice.
• Develop and enforce governance structures, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory requirements and quality metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in procurement and supply‑chain transformation strategy and service offerings.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT environments across multiple industries.
• Deep understanding of project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of procurement and supply‑chain functional modules and SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, BY, O9 certifications (highly desirable).
• Procurement & Supply‑Chain SaaS solutions.
• Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Automation and Business AI solutions for procurement.
