Director, Franchise Finance Operations

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a senior finance leader to drive financial planning, analysis and operational excellence for its franchise finance operations in the Philippines. This individual contributor role will shape fiscal strategy and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain financial planning policies and solid fiscal controls.
• Lead the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and measuring annual operating results.
• Oversee short‑ and long‑term financial planning, analysis of business operations and performance forecasting.
• Manage preparation and distribution of internal and external financial reports and maintain corporate financial systems.
• Configure and generate accurate reports from finance information systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess customer and marketing investments and identify productivity opportunities.
• Develop valuation models and drive automation of finance workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, data modeling, visualization, automation and business analytics.
• Proven expertise leading operational finance strategies, project and resource management.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
