Director, Employer of Record Services

About the role

Boldr is seeking a Director to own and expand its Global Employment (GE) business, which includes Employer of Record (EoR), Contractor Conversions, and Full Global Employment services. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of this profit‑center, working directly with client executives and internal cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the GE strategy, ensuring profitable growth across the three service lines.
• Partner with CX Strategy & Solutions to refine product offerings, pricing, and go‑to‑market motions within defined Zones of Excellence.
• Lead the GE team and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Own the external hiring and EoR partner motion, including partner selection, governance, and revenue protection.
• Build advisory, trust‑based relationships with C‑level client stakeholders (CRO, CFO, Head of People) to guide their global hiring and scaling initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global employment, EoR, or related workforce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and drive profitable business growth.
• Strong track record of influencing and partnering with cross‑functional teams and senior client executives.
• Excellent strategic thinking, operational execution, and communication skills.
