Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and business growth. You will work across multiple channels, from email campaigns to social media, and help coordinate product launches and events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and project management.
• Coordinate product launches, website updates, and promotional communications.
• Organise webinars, seminars, tech events, and conferences, handling promotion, logistics, and follow‑up.
• Execute email marketing and outbound campaigns.
• Monitor and manage all social media platforms.
• Write copy and develop messaging for multi‑channel content.
• Prepare manual marketing reports and compile monthly performance dashboards.
• Update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress) and optimise existing pages.
• Manage the Marketing inbox and provide general administrative support.
• Set up, execute, and track campaigns in HubSpot, including ROI analysis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communication (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and project‑management abilities.
