Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple online platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement and conversions. You will work closely with creative, influencer and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee and Lazada.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation and audience segmentation.
• Create compelling ad copy, captions and promotional materials.
• Monitor website performance, user experience and conversion tracking.
• Analyse campaign data regularly and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
• Support and guide the digital marketing team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Coordinate with creatives, influencers and other departments for marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting, project management, communication and analytical abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive and data‑driven mindset.
