Public Relations Associate

About the role

Lalamove is seeking a Public Relations Associate to support its brand reputation across multiple markets. Reporting to the PR Lead, you will co‑manage PR campaigns and help shape messaging that highlights how Lalamove empowers both users and driver partners.

Key responsibilities

• Write long‑form PR articles and corporate communications for traditional and online media.
• Identify and prioritize communication projects to maximise exposure for tactical and long‑term objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, agencies, KOLs and CSR partners.
• Monitor online channels for brand‑related issues and recommend appropriate responses.
• Prepare media releases, post‑campaign reports, manage budgets and conduct competitor scans.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability for PR stories, media statements and corporate messages.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills for seamless campaign execution.
• Proven relationship‑building capabilities with media, agencies and corporate partners.
• Effective verbal and written communication to represent the company professionally.
• Agility to craft on‑demand media statements and collaborate with designers and marketing teams.
