Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of brand‑centric marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration and conversion. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on content production, digital campaign management and partnership development to ensure consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create, schedule and manage content across online (social media, digital ads) and offline channels (print, POS).
• Oversee social media channels, grow the online community and execute paid media campaigns using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, key opinion leaders and partnership opportunities, including press releases and sponsorships.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Track campaign performance, report key metrics and optimise for ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Experience in the food & beverage or restaurant sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand building and multi‑disciplinary team collaboration.
