Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of data‑driven marketing campaigns that promote our AI‑powered products, digital solutions and consulting services. The role will work closely with product, sales and technical teams to translate complex AI solutions into clear, compelling marketing messages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid advertising and other channels.
• Develop marketing strategies that support AI products, digital transformation services and consulting offerings.
• Collaborate with product, sales, consulting and technical teams to create clear messaging for business audiences.
• Identify and test new digital channels, automation tools, analytics platforms and AI‑powered marketing technologies.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and emerging AI adoption trends in Singapore and regional markets.
• Create and manage campaign content such as landing pages, email flows, social posts, case studies and presentation decks.
• Support website optimisation, landing‑page creation and user‑journey improvements to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROI and others.
• Present campaign results and recommendations to management, clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI and technology solutions in a clear, compelling way.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
