Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data‑driven marketing initiatives as our company expands its AI‑driven products and consulting services. The role will support growth of digital services, AI solutions, and consulting offerings through strategic campaigns and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid advertising and other channels.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with AI products, digital transformation services and consulting offerings.
• Collaborate with product, sales, consulting and technical teams to translate AI solutions into clear business‑focused messages.
• Identify and test new digital channels, automation tools, analytics platforms and AI‑powered marketing technologies.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and AI adoption trends in Singapore and regional markets.
• Create and manage campaign assets such as landing pages, email flows, social posts, case studies and presentation decks.
• Support website optimisation, landing‑page creation and user‑journey improvements to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Measure, analyse and report performance using metrics like leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROI and other KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology, SaaS, digital services or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaigns and translate technical solutions into business value.
