Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts in the ICT sector. You will own the full‑stack marketing operation, from strategy through execution, targeting banking, government, infrastructure and enterprise customers across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (email, social media, SEO, events, content, paid digital).
• Manage CRM (Odoo or similar) data architecture, marketing automation and campaign workflows.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for VP/GM level reporting.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools for content generation, campaign optimisation and lead scoring.
• Coordinate vendor co‑marketing programmes with partners such as HP, Lenovo and Dell.
• Ensure compliance with PhilGEPS, government procurement and BSP regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in ICT, technology solutions, VAR/MSP/MSSP environments.
• Strong understanding of Philippine B2B buying behaviour across key sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT or related field.
• Proven track record in SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and keyword ranking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical audiences.

• AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper AI, content generators).
• Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush.
• Email marketing, social media advertising, paid digital platforms.
• Data analytics and performance dashboard creation.
