Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all online marketing activities to promote the company's products. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will shape digital strategy across multiple channels and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies for website, SEO/SEM, email, e‑commerce, social media, and mobile marketing.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, Adwords and other tools to optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Manage digital media budgets, track spend, and report ROI against objectives.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers, sales, and internal departments to align marketing initiatives with brand guidelines.
• Oversee creation of digital content (text, images, multimedia) and maintain the customer email database.
• Monitor and report monthly metrics such as web visits, social followers, inquiries, and ad performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing management role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
