Freelance Remote Copywriter for AI-Powered Staffing

About the role

Our client is a fast‑moving, venture‑backed company in the future‑of‑work space that provides remote Executive Assistant talent. They need a freelance copywriter to build and own the content infrastructure that powers AI‑driven messaging across client‑facing and internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and maintain a library of standardized templates, guides, onboarding flows and automated messages for both humans and AI tools.
• Audit existing content for structure, consistency and AI‑readiness, and redesign messaging architectures for product launches and service updates.
• Develop client education resources that teach how to delegate to remote Executive Assistants and close identified content gaps.
• Draft transactional and automated copy for emails, notifications and onboarding triggers, ensuring tone alignment with marketing, product and operations teams.
• Guard the brand voice, review AI‑generated drafts, and maintain a dynamic style guide and usage guidelines.
• Translate complex policy or product changes into clear internal documentation and quick‑reference guides for a global team.

Required profile

• Proven copywriting or content design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech‑enabled services.
• Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate ability to craft on‑brand messaging at scale.
• Immediate availability to start and ability to work independently in a fully asynchronous remote environment.
• Self‑starter mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern CRM or CMS platforms.
• Proficiency using AI writing tools as part of a professional drafting workflow.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or training language models on a brand voice.
• Expertise in structuring template libraries, macro systems or knowledge bases for large‑scale automation.
