Digital Designer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a creative Digital Designer to join our CUE PH team. You will help shape brand stories across social media, digital and print collaterals, email newsletters, mobile apps, and responsive websites while working remotely with occasional on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets that support client campaigns and new business initiatives.
• Follow and cascade design guidelines, refresh brand key visuals, and assist graphic designers and copywriters.
• Collaborate on a wide range of digital projects under the direction of a partner designer and creative group head.
• Research, review, and recommend illustrations, photography, and innovative design solutions.
• Deliver flawless visual adaptations of key visuals into multiple digital formats within tight deadlines.
• Keep senior creatives and management informed and promptly escalate any roadblocks.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional design experience.
• Strong creativity, eye for aesthetics, and respect for brand identity systems.
• Understanding of web and mobile design best practices, usability, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for UX design.
• Digital portfolio showcasing adaptable key visuals for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Self‑starter, collaborative, able to manage multiple work streams and take feedback.
