Digital Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Designer who can translate strategy and briefs into clear, effective visuals for social and digital channels. You will work closely with copywriters, account managers, and other creatives to deliver on‑brand assets that are easy for clients to approve and for teams to execute.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visuals across social, digital, and simple animation formats.
• Interpret briefs and create platform‑appropriate layouts that meet brand standards.
• Collaborate tightly with Copy and Accounts to ensure message and visuals align.
• Maintain file hygiene, naming conventions, and production‑ready assets.
• Stay current on platform trends and apply them judiciously.
• Manage workload, flag risks early, and create templates or checklists to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to communicate early when briefs are unclear or timelines shift.
• Proactive attitude toward feedback and rapid iteration.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines with minimal back‑and‑forth.
