DevSecOps Engineer (Night Shift)

About the role

The DevSecOps Engineer will join WTW’s Health and Benefits business, working night shift to ensure the stability, security, and performance of both cloud and on‑premise infrastructure. You will collaborate with a close‑knit team while leveraging AI‑enabled tools to automate operations and accelerate incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Support cloud adoption, migration and maintenance of hosted solutions on Azure.
• Manage and resolve production incidents, providing on‑call support.
• Deliver security monitoring, technology support and client service assistance.
• Perform application performance management and implement AI‑enabled operations (AIOps) for observability, alert reduction and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop Azure‑based tools, internal applications and automation scripts to improve stability and efficiency.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for DevSecOps processes across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Gather, analyse and report IT system data, and document infrastructure standards.
• Plan and execute IT projects, automate repetitive tasks and present technical information to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services and on‑premise infrastructure.
• Ability to respond quickly to production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools for monitoring, incident response and security automation.
