Demand Planner – Supply Chain Forecasting

About the role

The Demand Planner will own the creation and upkeep of demand forecasts and supply plans, working closely with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives. This role balances analytical rigor with strategic thinking to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify demand uncertainties, business risks and propose mitigation options.
• Lead S&OP presentations on supply status, challenges and recovery plans for assigned brands.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across all distribution centres while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor inventory aging, flag obsolete stock and ensure product freshness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand & supply planning, buying or procurement.
• Familiarity with inventory management across multiple distribution centres and coordination with suppliers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer service and warehouse teams.
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
