Cybersecurity Operations Analyst

About the role

The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst joins Grace Global Business Services' Global Cybersecurity Operations team in Manila. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day log monitoring, threat detection, and response to incidents such as phishing, malware, and ransomware, helping protect Standard Industries and its operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor logs, triage alerts, and investigate potential security events promptly.
• Perform real‑time alert monitoring and mitigation, determining scope, urgency, and impact of threats.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to document, monitor, and coordinate incident response processes.
• Respond to and resolve cybersecurity incidents, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot active security events from detection through containment.
• Conduct incident post‑mortems and synthesize lessons learned.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Cybersecurity playbook library.
