Cyber Security & VAPT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security & VAPT Specialist to join our client’s team in Ortigas City. The role focuses on performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for web and mobile applications, ensuring robust security posture for critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on web and mobile applications following the OWASP Top 10 framework.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports with clear remediation recommendations, adhering to the client’s preferred format.
• Provide consultation and support to remediation teams, including meetings and follow‑up sessions.
• Manage and prioritize assigned tickets or activity schedules independently.
• Submit regular progress updates to supervisors and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in web and mobile application VAPT.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application development concepts.
• Ability to produce reports understandable to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH or CISSP are a plus.
