AI Automations Specialist (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

Our client, a personal advisor specializing in points, miles and rewards strategies, is building a lean AI‑driven operation. He needs a proactive AI Automations Specialist to take over day‑to‑day admin, customer interaction and the creation of AI agents that automate core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions, selecting tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Grok and mapping workflow logic.
• Build, test and maintain AI agents and automation workflows beyond simple LLM prompting.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and recommend emerging AI tools.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales and support calls, follow‑up prospects and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Research, plan and execute award travel bookings using points, miles and transfer partners, maximizing redemption value.
• Conduct business research, build prospect lists, run email campaigns in Mixmax and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, X/Twitter and Instagram.
• Manage email, calendar and general admin tasks in Google Workspace and keep CRM data tidy (HubSpot a plus).

Required profile

• Proven experience building AI agents and workflow automations with concrete examples.
• Deep travel‑hacking knowledge, including points, miles, transfer partners and award booking.
• Strong communication skills, confident phone presence and ability to work independently without step‑by‑step direction.
• Executive‑level admin experience: research, prospecting, lead list creation and CRM maintenance.
