About the role

Cloverleaf Care is seeking a Customer Success Operations Coordinator to support US‑based healthcare clients. This full‑time remote position works overnight Philippine hours, providing voice‑based customer service and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and match caregivers to client needs.
• Support caregiver screening, hiring workflows, and payroll‑related functions.
• Maintain the service delivery platform and generate staffing and operations reports.
• Communicate regularly with field staff and US team members to promote the employer brand and retain talent.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Advanced computer proficiency with documents, spreadsheets, and web applications.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, noise‑free home office, and a laptop/desktop with webcam and headset.
