Customer Success Coordinator – Operations & Reporting

About the role

This position supports Acclime's Group Director of Growth & Customer Success as the operational right‑hand across 18 APAC and Middle East markets. It also assists the Head of Strategic Partnerships by monitoring and reporting on inbound and outbound referrals. The role is highly visible, requiring initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to deliver polished outputs for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers for KAM, Customer Success, Upselling and Cross‑Selling pillars.
• Monitor referral flows, prepare monthly performance reports, country scorecards and fortnightly referral summaries.
• Track group‑wide KPIs, fee increases, and cross‑sell/upsell commissions in HubSpot.
• Build and format PowerPoint presentations to Acclime brand standards, updating recurring decks with fresh data.
• Draft internal communications, manage version control and organise presentation files.
• Coordinate SteerCo meeting schedules across time zones, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain action logs.
