Customer Specialist (Entry Level) – Bridgetowne Site

About the role

Join WNS as a Customer Specialist at the Bridgetowne site, supporting travel and banking clients. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in a fast‑growing BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions according to process guidelines.
• Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle specific requests for travel and banking accounts, following standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• High school graduate (or Senior High School graduate under the K‑12 curriculum) for travel account candidates; college graduate for banking and financial account candidates.
• Preferably 6 months of BPO experience for travel account applicants.
• Strong customer service orientation, willingness to work onsite on shifting schedules, and ability to start immediately.
