Customer Service Representative – Travel & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our travel and hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests and travelers, handling inquiries across phone, email and chat while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, upgrades and travel‑policy clarifications via phone, email and chat.
• Maintain 100 % accuracy in booking systems, updating itineraries in real time.
• Follow brand‑specific service scripts and compliance protocols while delivering personalized support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and reduce repeat issues.

Required profile

• Senior high school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months of experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and service recovery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
