About the role

Join Canon Business Services Centre Philippines as a Customer Care Representative, supporting clients across multiple channels and helping to maintain the company’s reputation for excellent service. You will work in a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a professional internal and external customer‑focused culture within the business area.
• Establish and maintain key customer relationships through effective communication.
• Respond to information requests and resolve queries across phone, email and social media, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Manage cases end‑to‑end, prioritising work and adjusting processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or any basic degree/diploma).
• Customer‑facing and complaint‑handling experience, preferably in a contact centre.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
