Customer Service Representative – Remote Sales

About the role

Join Cyberbacker as a Growthbacker, a remote sales professional who contacts business owners, understands their needs, and matches them with Cyberbacker solutions. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and closing high‑ticket B2B deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls daily using provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and schedule appointments with business owners.
• Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings to assess client needs and deliver consultative presentations.
• Close sales and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling or similar English‑speaking client communication experience.
• Full‑cycle sales experience (AE or closing role) with a focus on high‑ticket or B2B sales.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
• Quick learner who can follow scripts and think on the fly.
