Customer Service Representative – Real Estate Lead Generation

About the role

Join a growing commercial real‑estate investment firm and help identify owners of industrial properties who may be interested in selling. You will work remotely, making high‑volume outbound calls and maintaining a well‑organized lead pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research industrial property owners using CREX and CoStar filters and log details in a shared Google Sheet.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to owners of older industrial buildings to gauge interest in selling.
• Record detailed notes after each conversation, track follow‑up dates, and update lead statuses.
• Hand qualified leads to management for further negotiation.
• Maintain the Google Sheet with filters, color‑coding, duplicate checks, and status updates.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Strong, near‑native English speaking ability.
• Comfortable building rapport over the phone without sounding scripted.
• Enjoys making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Excellent organization and note‑taking skills.
• Adaptable and willing to take on extra administrative work.
• General work experience required.
