About the role

Join a leading ride‑hailing platform in the Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, chat and social channels, delivering outstanding service to high‑value customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, Telegram, and social media.
• Provide problem resolution and personalized service to grow customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/monthly targets set by the supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Tagalog and English; Bisaya is a plus.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule and onsite as needed.
