About the role
We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our on‑site team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, ensuring a positive experience and upholding professional service standards.

Required profile
- Experienced track: High school graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience (mandatory).
- New hire track: College graduates or freshers welcome for entry‑level roles.
