Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide prompt and professional assistance to our gaming players. The role involves handling inquiries via live chat, email and phone, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support across chat, email and phone, resolving queries on accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and technical issues.
• Assist with player account verification (KYC), registration, password resets and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Provide game and product guidance, troubleshoot performance or system errors, and communicate new releases and promotions.
• Handle payment‑related questions, guide players through deposit methods, withdrawal timelines and resolve transaction disputes.
• Explain promotional offers, bonus terms and wagering requirements, verify claims and ensure compliance.
• Collect player feedback, prepare interaction reports and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in BPO or gaming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and collaborate as a team player.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends, at our BGC office.
