Customer Service Associate – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Associate to support order and cash management processes for Bosch Service Solutions. The role involves handling SAP transactions, monitoring customer portals, and ensuring accurate invoicing and financial dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily order checks and adjustments in SAP and the customer portal.
• Identify and flag order or delivery mismatches to the HQ department.
• Process booking checks, create credit/debit notes, and track financial disputes.
• Manage advertising invoice verification, create approval requests, and record booking details in the PISA system.
• Report automation issues (bots, macros) and participate in continuous‑improvement activities.
• Respond promptly to HQ email inquiries and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service environment focused on order and cash management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS‑Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt communication style to customers, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts and start as soon as possible.
