Customer Service Associate – Call Center

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our call‑center team. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering high‑quality service while ensuring compliance with company policies and information security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls according to defined quality standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction on every interaction.
• Document each call accurately and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Address customer queries, concerns and complaints, aiming for first‑time call resolution.
• Escalate calls to the appropriate parties following established protocols.
• Stay updated on all company policies, including Information Security Management Systems.

Required profile

• At least a Senior High School graduate, or two years of college education, or a college degree.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent English communication (verbal and written) and a neutral accent.
• Active listening, analytical thinking and the ability to handle various situations.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, holidays or rest days as required.
