Customer Relationship Manager – Banana (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Customer Relationship Manager to drive growth of Tropic's banana business in the Philippines. You will be the key representative for Tropic, building trusted relationships with leading banana producers and supporting the adoption of innovative banana varieties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with leading banana producers across the Philippines.
• Drive customer success and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
• Act as Tropic's primary representative for customers in the region.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support commercial strategy.
• Support stewardship, compliance and intellectual property protection activities.

Required profile

• Experience working within the banana industry.
• Strong customer relationship or commercial account management experience.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
