Customer Experience Associate I – Healthcare Pharmacy

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate I in the Healthcare Pharmacy division, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering timely and empathetic support. You will work within established procedures to handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assess incoming calls and determine immediate service, transfer, or follow‑up actions.
• Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and treating each interaction as a unique case.
• Perform routine call‑center activities using standard scripts and guidelines to meet service level agreements.
• Provide specialized information about company policies, products, and services.
• Gather required information, update the database, and document interactions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues or complaints to senior staff as needed.
• Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while adhering to all company policies and standards.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
