CRO & Website Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a CRO & Website Specialist to design, launch, and continuously improve landing pages that drive high‑quality leads. You will work onsite with the marketing team to ensure fast time‑to‑launch while maintaining top‑notch performance and tracking accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and iterate landing pages quickly to support active campaigns.
• Optimize conversion rates by refining forms, trust elements, content layout, and mobile performance.
• Maintain website content, perform QA testing, and fix broken links or usability issues.
• Implement and verify tracking setups using GA4, GTM, and pixel tags.
• Monitor page speed and Core Web Vitals, making improvements as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience building and optimizing landing pages.
• Strong website‑building skills with WordPress, Webflow, or modern front‑end frameworks.
• CRO mindset with meticulous attention to QA and detail.
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, and pixel implementation/verification.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising tracking or form functionality.
