Cost Controller

About the role

The Cost Controller will oversee and manage the financial performance of club operations in Metro Cebu, ensuring cost efficiency across food and beverage, events, facilities, and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and control operational costs, preparing regular cost reports, variance analyses and forecasts.
• Support budgeting and inventory management processes.
• Review purchase requests, supplier invoices and contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations and Management to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain accurate cost records and assist in financial audits.

Required profile

• Strong background in cost analysis, budgeting and financial reporting with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, cost‑control procedures and internal controls, preferably within hospitality or service‑oriented organizations.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Relevant experience in cost control, management accounting or financial analysis.
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality and continuous process improvement.
