Corporate Recruiter – Crypto Fintech

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a wide range of corporate and business functions at a leading crypto‑focused fintech brand in the Philippines. You will partner with hiring managers across Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and more to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and support roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process and support onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and refine recruitment SOPs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Filipino.
- Experience in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments such as fintech, tech startups or recruitment agencies.
Required skills
- Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
