Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

PalmPay Financing Corp. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for mid to senior‑level positions across key functions. You will partner with hiring managers, guide junior recruiters, and shape the talent strategy for a fast‑growing fintech in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Operations, Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Commercial roles.
• Supervise junior recruiters, ensuring hiring targets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define workforce plans and talent strategies.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and agency networks.
• Manage ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Analyze recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies.
• Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn engagement and talent market positioning.
• Oversee onboarding coordination for a seamless candidate‑to‑employee transition.
• Act as primary contact for external agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, with 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, or BPO.
• Proven success hiring for mid to senior‑level and niche positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.
• Excellent English communication; Filipino/Tagalog a plus.
