Corporate Lawyer – Legal & Corporate Affairs

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs team in Pasay City. You will provide strategic legal support across the organization, ensuring that business decisions are grounded in sound legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and business matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Support the organization in managing legal risks and delivering practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on the legal implications of transactions and decisions.
• Coordinate with external counsel, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, regulatory requirements, and legal documentation.

Required profile

• Philippine Bar passer and licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, contract, or general business law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Business‑minded, solutions‑oriented, and able to provide practical legal advice.
