Corporate Banking Service Associate – Caloocan

About the role

The Corporate Banking Service Associate supports the Relationship Manager in processing loan transactions and delivering customer service for corporate clients. This position is based in Caloocan and is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Check and consolidate requests from appraisal, title verification, trade, and business units for RM/AO evaluation.
• Prepare documentation required to implement credit facilities and monitor client submissions for completeness.
• Maintain orderly files for each account and generate client statements, amortization schedules, and interest payment details.
• Process special client requests such as partial collateral releases, collateral substitutions, and loan or trade instruction sheets.
• Monitor loan repricing, maturity dates, and ensure timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Service loan and trade transactions, coordinate with booking units, and prepare promissory notes.
• Generate reports and provide information to RM/AO, Market Head, Team Head, and Division Head.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to be assigned in Caloocan.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
