Corporate Banking Service Associate (Alabang)

About the role

The Corporate Banking Service Associate supports the Relationship Manager in processing loan transactions and delivering customer service. Based in Alabang, the role ensures all documentation and procedural steps are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Check and consolidate requests from appraisal, title verification, trade, and business units for RM/AO evaluation.
• Prepare and submit all documents required to implement credit facilities.
• Monitor client submissions for document and insurance deficiencies, maintaining orderly files for each account.
• Generate client-specific requests such as statements of account, amortization schedules, and interest payment calculations.
• Coordinate partial releases, collateral substitutions, payment applications, and other transaction instructions.
• Track loan repricing, maturity dates, and generate related reports from mainframe systems.
• Service loan and trade transactions, liaising with booking units and clients to ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare promissory notes, instruction sheets, and billing statements, ensuring timely collection of interest and principal.
• Provide reports and information to RM/AO, Market Head, Team Head, and Division Head as needed.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of banking loan processes and customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Service‑oriented attitude; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to be assigned to Alabang.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
