Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team on the night shift at our Makati Circuit Office. You will maintain financial integrity, provide insightful analysis, and support strategic decision‑making for a growing healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries with accurate general‑ledger classifications.
• Perform balance‑sheet and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Support monthly and annual close activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
• Analyze transactions, trends, and variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance‑analysis processes.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, strong background in general‑ledger and accounts‑payable.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism handling confidential financial information.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• QuickBooks (plus).
